Our Fellows are senior Non-Commissioned Officers, Warrant Officers and Officers from Green Beret, SEAL, Delta Force, 75th Ranger Regiment, Marine Corps Special Operations and Air Force Special Operations units. They are the military’s pro athletes with special skills and advanced degrees, ready to find the right career. SOTF provides coaching and connections to help Special Operations veterans identify, prepare and execute a personal marketing plan. We also provide unique interactive opportunities for C-Suite executives to meet and explore opportunities in small venues.
The Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to helping Special Operations Forces (SOF) veterans transition from the military into their next successful career.
What began with a simple question in a dinner conversation between four senior executives and Rob O’Neill, the U.S. Navy SEAL who killed Osama Bin Laden, “What are you going to do next?” has evolved into a four phase program that curates the transition experience for Special Operators of all services. Every year since inception we have increased the numbers of Special Operator veterans supported and funds raised.
In 2019, from Boston to San Francisco, 68 Special Operators transitioned into some of our nation’s highest performing companies. For 2020, we had 142 Fellows accepted into the SOTF program.
